Overview

Branding, styles, and components for making Edge Kit your own, with a shared design system across marketing, authentication, and the dashboard.

Edge Kit is a starting point for your product's identity and interface. You own the application code and can adapt the marketing pages, dashboard, auth screens, and emails around your offer.

Tailwind CSS handles styling, while Kumo provides React components built on Base UI. Shared colors, typography, and theme behavior keep changes consistent across the app.

Branding

Product settings supply your name and public URL. Shared logo components, browser icons, social previews, translated copy, and email assets complete the customer-facing identity.

Design system

Semantic colors describe roles such as surfaces, text, and primary actions. Changing those shared values lets your interface adapt to your brand while retaining light and dark mode support.

Components

The included components provide common controls and interaction patterns. Compose them into your product's forms and views, then share recurring patterns across features.

Application structure

Shared layouts provide the frame around public pages, auth screens, and the dashboard. Add destinations within the appropriate layout, then connect their menus and translated labels to the routes customers use.

Forms follow the same shared approach: reusable controls and validation support your feature's fields, server operation, and completion state. This keeps a new product workflow consistent with the account and contact experiences already included.

A practical starting point

Start with your product name, logo, and copy. Then adjust colors and typography, and review the result across the landing page, sign-in, dashboard, and an email preview.
