The AI templates are meant to be the reference implementation, not throwaway demos. Next to the code you'll find comments marking the intended extension points, so new capabilities follow the same shape.

AI rules, skills, subagents and commands

AI Kit ships with AGENTS.md and a shared .agents/ directory that includes rules, skills, a code-reviewer subagent, and a setup-new-feature command. They're tuned for this monorepo (Vercel AI SDK, Hono, Drizzle, Expo), so generated code follows the existing templates.
